Every job here is one I built myself, start to finish. Each page says what was needed, what I built, what changed, and how long it took.
Where a client asked not to be named, I say so. Nothing here is a demonstration dressed up as paid work.
Counting lambs from a drone
Counting by eye across four hill fields took two people a morning. One flight now gives the number in under a minute.
Reading batch codes on a bottling line
Codes were spot-checked by hand at the end of a shift. A camera now reads every bottle and flags the unreadable ones as they pass.
